Andrea J. Miles, LCMHC, LPC
As an experienced mental health therapist, I feel honored to listen to your story and work together toward change and healing. My style is warm, supportive, kind, honest and collaborative. I place the utmost importance on developing a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship. I am grounded in person-centered counseling, which emphasizes empathy, authenticity, and acceptance in relationship. I create a space for you to feel comfortable expressing thoughts and feelings about past experiences, present worries, or behaviors that no longer work for you. Together we will create a plan to address changes you would like to see, moving at a pace that feels right for you. I will encourage you to challenge yourself to grow and improve your well-being.
