Kristy D. Alanis-Cook, LCSWA

I believe in using a multi-disciplinary, collaborative approach in working with clients. The knowledge and experience I have gained in working within the mental health system, allows me to assist my client’s in navigating through life’s challenges. It is crucial to me that my clients know they are not alone, will be supported, encouraged and motivated throughout their own individual journey to becoming the best versions of themselves and the persons they want to be.

I provide counseling services to school age children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.
