Athena E. Norton, LCSWA
I am incredibly passionate about mental health, and my greatest desire is to support individuals on their mental health journey. I wholeheartedly believe in fostering trusting relationships with all my clients and providing a safe, non-judgmental space where they can freely reflect and grow. I am here to support you, and together, we can work towards your holistic well-being and growth.
My approach is centered on understanding each client’s strengths and meeting them right where they are. I firmly believe in treating the complete person, integrating various therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy.
I currently work with clients, age 18 and up, doing individual therapy services.
