I provide strength based and solution focus services and provide a safe, confidential, professional environment to help you from the start and support you along the way.

I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced a traumatic event and am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I am pleased to provide services to children (6+), teens, adults, couples and families.

Sarah has worked in counseling settings including community mental health, non-profit organizations, private practice, residential (PRTF) and skilled nursing/assisted living.

Personal Interests:

Sarah is originally from Canton, New York and moved to North Carolina in 2007. She lives in Davie County with her husband and three daughters in their early 1900’s farmhouse. When away from work she can often be found taking her daughters to their various sports activities including dance, cheerleading and softball. She also enjoys go to the beach, traveling to see family and is actively involved in her local community.
