Jordan Ohm, Master of Social Work (MSW) Practicum Student
I am so excited to be serving my community at Achieving Changes this year! Helping others is my passion, and I am grateful for the opportunity to support clients while completing my clinical training. I look forward to building meaningful connections and making a positive impact as I begin my career in social work.
The greatest thing about help is that it can look many different ways. Sometimes it looks like asking for a listening ear, other times it looks like working through complex behaviors or unsettling thoughts with a professional. No matter your age, you deserve someone who is willing to take the time to get to know you and ask “what happened to you?” before they ask “what’s wrong with you?”
During sessions, I strive to meet clients where they. Are you a creative individual? Let’s craft while we chat! Do you focus better when you’ve got something to fidget with? I have plenty of fun things to share. I incorporate a variety of therapeutic approaches into treatment, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
I provide services to children ages 7+, adolescents, teens, women, new mothers, and LGBTQIA+ individuals of all ages.
Availability: Monday and Tuesday of each week from August 2026-April 2027. All sessions are available for in office or telehealth.
