Melissa Morrissette-Hurst, LCSWA
It is my greatest joy to connect and build meaningful rapport with others. Through genuine, professional, and supportive interactions—offering empathy, encouragement, and validation—I believe I can help guide you on your path toward discovery, growth, and healing.
Through self-direction and compassion, I will meet you where you are and empower you along your journey. I draw from a variety of treatment modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and a strong emphasis on Internal Family Systems (IFS)—to tailor the therapeutic experience to each individual’s unique needs.
I would be honored to use these approaches to support you and your family as you navigate life’s challenges. I look forward to the opportunity to walk alongside you on your journey toward the comfort and healing you seek.
